These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the

Explainer Video Funnel Starter Kit

(the “Service”) provided by

Anthony Animates

(“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing or registering for the Service, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

The Service includes:

A 60-second custom whiteboard animation video

Scriptwriting and professional voiceover

A conversion-optimized landing page (template-based)

Optional 3-day email automation sequence

Social media teaser clips

One round of revision on the video and landing page

Standard delivery within 5–7 working days (after onboarding form is submitted)

2. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project, you agree to:

Submit the onboarding/discovery form within 3 days of purchase

Provide accurate business details, goals, and preferences

Review drafts in a timely manner (within 48 hours of delivery)

Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in project delays.

3. Revisions & Approvals

You are entitled to

one (1) round of revisions

on the video and landing page.

Additional revisions will be charged at a flat hourly rate of £45/hour.

Script approval is required before animation begins.

Once approved, script changes may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

This is a one-time service fee. No subscriptions or recurring charges apply.

We accept payments via [Stripe / PayPal / Bank Transfer – edit as applicable].

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of the work,

all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued once the project has begun (i.e., once the discovery form is submitted).

If you do not complete your onboarding form within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the project without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final versions of:

Your whiteboard animation video

Landing page assets (HTML/CSS or hosted link)

Email automation copy

We reserve the right to display the final deliverables in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Turnaround & Delivery

Typical project completion time is 5–7 working days after onboarding.

Delays may occur due to incomplete information, lack of client response, or high workload periods.

We’ll notify you promptly if any delay arises.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of revenue, data, or business

Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service

9. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by you during this project will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
